Even though I went over my RDI, I'm happy with my diet today...my only downfall was having the other half of my daughters hamburger (home BBQ burgers)...so an extra 400cals with dinner that I could have gone without, but only 150cal over my RDI...and it was high protein, so I'm not going to worry about it.

I also got my bike totally fixed today...man I love that thing! When riding it, I forget all about work...huge stress reliever! Four wheels move your body, but two wheels move your soul!

I just need to continue with the good food choices for the rest of the week and then beyond...camping this weekend, so I will try to stick to coffee not beer!
