UGHHH...
i was SO hungry all day today and the meals were just not cutting it, and I finally gave in and had a piece of cake (just one...), and I ate it, and then afterwards I feel horrible about it. I am supposed to weigh in tomorrow and I am worried now. I calculated my calories for today and WITH the piece of cake, it is around 1300 (I am doing EFS)...so I dont think thats tooooo bad, but i am still mad at myself for cheating!

hope tomorrow is a good weigh in...

I am on EFS and with daily snacks your calories could easily be 1300 per day. That is what I average for my daily intake and I am losing weight. Don't beat yourself up over the cake...the stress that causes is way worse than a lttle cheat. Hang tough! I'm pullin for you!
