As it gets closer and closer to Friday, I am nervous of how my weightloss will be this week. This is the first week of me doing it on my own with no medical help. My eating habits have changed and that's a plus. I've noticed that I think more about what I eat and eat less of it. Before I thought I had to eat the whole bag of chips (hig protien chips) because it was there. Today, I ate just a snack size!!! and put the rest away for later! This is such a breakthrough for me. I've always been taught to eat everything on my plate and leaving food there seemed so wrong! Im working on getting better, just taking it one day at a time!

I walked 2 miles yesterday and did 15 min of Taebo. I think Taebo is going to be like Zumba. It took me almost two weeks to be able to do the full 20 minute Zumba workout without stopping. My body hurts for it feels so good at the same time! I hope the weather starts to do better so I go for another 2 mile walk after work!
