What My cheat day brunch looks like.
Still low carbs just more carbs than I allow the rest of the week.
Eggs Benedict
My biscuit in a mug the ingredients was

1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp Coconut flour
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Water
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion
1/8 tsp Dried basil, parsley and oregano mixed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Baking powder
mix it all together in a mug, microwave for 3 minutes. immediately take out, let cool for a few minutes slice and then toast.

Fat: 32g
Protein: 15g
Carbs: 9g
Fiber: 5g
Net Carbs: 4g
Eggs are poached, Asparagus is steamed
Avocado is cubed
Curry sauce I made for on top.
3 tablespoons of Ghee
1 small Onion, diced
2 cloves of Garlic,minced
1 fresh Serrano Chili, minced
1 teaspoon of Turmeric
1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
½ teaspoon of Ginger, ground
½ teaspoon of Coriander, ground
½ teaspoon of Cumin, ground
½ teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 x 14 ounce tin of Coconut Cream
the sauce I think ends up about 500 calories for the entire contents.. I used about 2 tablespoon on top
I haven't calculated it's macros yet, but it's more than likely my daily intake that usually go by the rest of the week

I am making egg roll bowls later, and zoodles pesto for sunday
Didn't loose or gain since yesterday. Which is still good news.
