Happy Sunday!

We have bright blue skies and sunshine in Alaska again today. It is only in the 20's, but it's so pretty when the sun is out and the skies are blue. It brightens the world!

Today is a little bit tough. I've been struggling with a queasy stomach and not wanting to eat. I'm hoping it will get better by dinner time. Meanwhile, Glucerna shakes and water. My body is not used to eating regularly and is struggling a bit, I think. It will settle down and accept the fact that it isn't going to be the boss or remain fat! I'm determined!
