Today the 4 weeks plan ahead challenge started and hopefully i'm gonna stick to it this time. My goal is to plan ahead and book my food intake since the morning and trying to stick to it during the day.

Hi Kiddo! I see that you are part of a "wedding invite" challenge. That would have been a good one for me too. We have 7 wedding invitations between now and November. We won't attend all of them since some of the events are "destination weddings," but the few special events we will attend motivate me to do my best!

Good morning Kiddo! I THINK I used the "plan ahead challenge thingy" wrong. Since I am already doing everything on the challenge - I went ahead and recorded my "progress." I THINK I was supposed to wait till the end of the week.

Hey there! I like weddings, they motivate me as well, but i dunno if i'll make it. loosing those 9 kilos sems really difficult. yesterday i removed the batteries from my weight measurer so that i don't take my weight everyday cuz it's getting me frustrated. I'll weight for the end of the week to measure myself becuz what is happening to me is that if i lose weight i feel i need to celebrate it and i allow myself a treat, and if i don't lose any, i feel the desappointment and i eat to get my anger out. i figured that my problem is not with sticking to a diet but with my weight measurement, so decided to take a break now. i guess it was a gd idea. i hope my dress fits me again! concerning the plan ahead thing, i guess u can assess your prgress whenever u want. i used to do it twice per week. there is not rule for it i think, but i guess it's nice to keep track and update it regularly. Keep it up and gd luck:)

It's not as difficult as you might think. Plus part of your plan can be to have "x" number of calories set aside for a snack so you can have your plan but still allow a little spontaneity in your day.
