Boy that was hard - I have to say that I really didn't realize how much food I was eating. And quite frankly....it's way too high in fat. But, right now, I am going to concentrate on eating the number of calories and then when I'm not starving all day long, I'll work on the fat/carb/sodium thing. We did go and get some fresh fruit and vegies from the farmer's co-op this morning so at least now I have something healthier to snack on!
