Dziennik edboles, 16 lip 07

Day 1 went pretty well, except for the massive headache in the late evening (caffeine withdrawal, I think). Woke up this morning felling pretty good, despite going to the bathroom 3 times throughout the night. The good news is that as of this morning I've lost 4 1/2 pounds! I know, most of it is just water-weight, but it's still encouraging to see a difference in the scale so quickly.

Day 2 is off to fine start; did my morning ritual, and now I'm on my way to the chiropractor...and I'm headache free, for now.
