Dziennik Membrey, 11 lut 18

So my weight loss has slowed down. I hv run out of ways to make it continue at the same rate. I'm even considering fasting. Any suggestions, please share.

My only suggestion would be to track everything you eat as accurately as possible. That way you can see where you're going wrong. If what you're currently tracking is all you're eating then I think you're not fueling your body enough. Eating only fruit all day is not going help you when you go back to a normal diet. Thinking of it as a lifestyle change rather than just a diet might help. All the best! Hope you get past your plateau!

Thank you @Nikina70. Yes what I put down in my food diary, is exactly what I eat. But I'll try to add more so as to fuel my body like you're suggesting, maybe it'll help.
