well, my issue now days is...I'm not hungry anymore.

I had a bad habit of not eating all day, then at like 8 pm eat, mostly tea with milk and sugar and carby something now that I look back. I used food to help my chronic insomnia issues which is due to depression.

I now have myself on a timer, eat by 5pm , if I don't I will fall back into old habits of suddenly hungry at 8 pm and wanna eat before bed.

When I try to fast, my 20 hour mark...I feel insanely hungry, but by then its too late at night to eat. So, I'm just making sure I eat once a day, fit the macros, and try to stay out of restaurants because , when I let outside people ruin my routine, it all goes to poo.

Sunday is why I told myself, there is no way ill be able to stay keto with everyone here and expecting me to cook or do brunch.

Yes stay focused your appetite is low because you cut the carbs. Carbs make us hungry!
