You are doing fine! I do not know of very many people who are off of work and on vacation (even at home) that can LOSE a couple of pounds that week! You realize that you do better when you are in your routine and things are more structured; I'd say that's perfectly logical and completely normal. Try to stick to your plan as best you can and if it's nice out, maybe put in a little more time walking this weekend (it also helps clear your head)and then just get back on track next week. You know that you're in this for the long haul and you know what's working and what isn't. I don't think you can ask for much more than that! Hang in there - you really are doing very well :)
