I think the key to sticking with exercise is doing something you enjoy! I hate treadmills, exercise videos, going to the gym......it's so boring to me. I like to put my ipod on and ride my bike, walk at the park while my kids play, lift weights, dance around the house when nobody's home. Otherwise, I'd go nuts. You just need to find something you love doing and do it everyday!
