I really am feeling demotivated to continue with this weight loss journey hey.. I have lost a lot of weight but now the problem is, My skin is too loose and I can't afford skin removal surgery. I haven't reached my initial goal yet,but oh Lord I'm frustrated to say the least. I have been exercising to firm up...but it is not helping. 😏😏

You have done so well.celebrate your body ..better to have loose skin than bad health ..embrace the changes ..and know that you skin are the warriors you faced ..Let it become you victoryxxx

It does get better over time, you just have to keep at it.

I think you need to sit down quietly and have a think. draw up a pro and con list if you have to. ask yourself: 1) how did I feel when I weighed more than I do now emotionally. 2) how did my weight affect me physically in terms of mobility and what can I do now that I had difficulty with then? 3)how do I feel physically do I have more energy? 4) how much work have I put into my journey thus far and what have I learnt along the way about myself and my body. 5) if I woke up tomorrow and everything I had done to date was erased, and I was placed back at square one, how would I feel? when you have gone over those question's ask yourself if you think lose skin is enough to stop a fighter, because that is what you've become you've taken control and that's the beauty of this journey embrace it.

@ijustwanttofeelgood . well done really i am impressed with your advice . @Palesa my dear dont give up . really take ijustwantofeelgood's advice and just continue. dont stop because the fact is that you are now 100% healthier than you used to be. and if you strip down reasons to lose weight health is one very important goal. so dont stop , dont give up Palesa
