Why too much sodium yesterday when it is way too close to Aunt Flo's visit....those are not a great pairing. However, I will keep trucking along one day at a time! I should have known better on the sodium.
I cannot wait for Thursday!!!! It is supposed to be 85 degrees!!! I am so excited and cannot wait to spend an afternoon by the pool.
