No weight loss this morning. Could be because I slept like 5 hrs last night or that my weight loss has slowed down or stopped again. :/ Getting anything less than 8 hrs a night always messes with my weight loss (at least on the scales. I know that because I weigh myself every morning.
Ah well! I'll keep on trucking regardless.
