It appears i'm at yet another stall. I hope this breaks within the week.
Had a terrible start to the week but i'm feeing much better. The lesson I learned, remember to up your salt intake while on induction. I'm not a fan of salty food and with the weather getting warmer - I needed the salt.
So my reason for disappearance for the last few days - salt or lack thereof. I'll sort through my inbox and look through journals now.
