Dziennik Shoushy, 29 cze 12

Only 1lb higher. i guess it is fine. i know i didnt try my best these two days but i am happy with everything:) every day reporting is making me stay under control.

Maybe you want to shake up your routine a little. Sometimes that helps. Also 1 pound could just be a daily fluctuation from something you ate last night or sodium. I hope you have a great Saturday.

Good job in holding yourself accountable. You had a few low eating days there - I do believe. Your body probably wanted something substantial. In the end "it" will all balance out! You are doing fine by not beating yourself up!

Well i havent been logging in all my food intakes so thats why the calories hav been do low. but i usually book them just to keep track. and at night if i am still allowed some calories i make smthg light to eat and i dont book it since i know i am still within my range.. i just received an email saying the hike was postponed till further notice:( i am so saad.
