Dziennik SamEatsLess, 02 lip 12

I was kinda scared of hopping on the scales this morning. With all the eating (should I say over-eating) I did yesterday. I did get on and I was pleasantly surprised I hadn't gained anything. Steady at 139.2. I didn't get much sleep last night and factoring that in... I think the scales will be kinder to me tomm morning.

Started the July motivation challenge and the October weight loss challenge today. A day late but I did well today and i'm concentrating on that. So shut up.

Walked home from work! I usually walk half way and take the subway. Not today. The weather was great and I had a friend to walk with. Still planning on doing my Yoga. I love how limber i've become within a month of starting yoga.

On track with the cals and the carbs for the day.
That should be enough for me. For the day.
