Wow - I just looked at the last few days and I'm not doing too well!
I start off so good in the morning and at lunch and then it goes downhill! I really need to focus on exercise. I want to run some errands after work today and then I might have to persuade the hubby to watch WBC so I can jump on the elliptical for a little while. Since he fixed it last week, it's not giving me the same burn that I remember from years ago. Maybe I was in much worse shape?!
Maybe I will do some work on the treadmill as well - we'll just see how long I can talk the hubby into...
And with the weather being steamy this weekend, I should be able to squeeze in at least one more workout!
