Get back on the horse, I command it! Lol. The longer you stay off the harder it is to get back on. Make a list of the good things about losing weight- how you feel, how your clothes fit, complents, health etc. Now make a list of good things about overeating. Which list is longer? Now one more thing: there's no such thing as "can't" only "won't". No magical force is stopping you so just do it!
