Today I am going to build a menu for my new lifestyle. Basically for the next (insert amount of time) I am going to be consuming about 30 carbs a day (with unlimited "free" vegetables). This should help me burn from the stock energy (fat) and get a bit slimmer. Will probably weigh in Sunday mornings (before I post here). I will give myself the week off and purge my fridge (not like there's much in there right now. Current weight 252.4 (and that was after a full day of work and coming home).
