Feeling worn down psychologically. Had dreams last night of going off my diet in a bad way....not something I have come close to doing in real life, so it was a little odd. The good news, I suppose, is that I was bothered by it in my dreams as well. :) My subconscious seems to know what is right for it! My rash on my hands is worse this morning after looking a little better yesterday. Had a bunch of bloodwork done on Friday, and nothing seems to be coming up. I am suspecting some sort of allergic reaction, but so far we are having trouble pinning down the cause. Meanwhile I now have swollen glands to boot. But, I did get a workout in this morning. Doing Mercola's Peak 8 Fitness routine with my recumbent exercise bike. I add on another five minutes at the end to make sure my heart rate has fully recovered. I upped the intensity another level today. I had done this just about two weeks ago, and I hadn't seen much of a difference, but today I could feel it. When I started out, I could barely do three or four intervals at a resistance of 2, for the whole workout. I am now doing the full 20 (+5), and I am at level 4 for the rest sessions, and 6 for the intervals. I was definitely working it today. But it felt good to push hard. Who knows, I might sweat out a little of whatever it is that is messing with my body. I can hope. :) My weight has not been moving down. It has been bouncing around in the same range for too long now. But, the % body fat reading is coming down. So, I will take that for now. I don't trust the number much...it is calculated by impedence, but since the general trend is down, I will trust that. Stay cool! Going with DH tonight to see the Neon Trees at the Hard Rock Cafe. He won tickets from the local radio station! Yay him!
