Hi everyone
My name is Denise and i live in Scotland in the UK.
I am a mother of 3 children and have a great fiance! I was slim before i had my first child 14 years ago and then i put on soo much weight and have never had much luck in losing it :( My fiance works away and when he is away i can do good at watching what i eat but when he is back it all goes to pot so i joined this site to hopefully find others who can support and i can support back when the tough gets going! i would like to get down to around 10 and half stone and work towards loosing this baby belly which really is a sore point!! i am not a cook in the slightest and i usually count my points from food out the freezer :(oops!!
