Staying healthy and not being obese is the goal...way of life, especially as one gets older. Its also not easy keeping the weight off once you eerm 35+ but constant work and dedication sees one through.
I have taken up the weight challenge and have lost 34kg in 4months and have managed to keep it off for 2 years..10kg's more, then I have achieved my goal
