Hi, everybody!! I'm am Kesha, 27, mother of 3 beautiful girls. I'm just starting the fat smash. I need to lose about 70 lbs...looking for a little support because I've tried so many different things and nothing has worked. I'm always left feeling hungry or very tired on most diets. I'm praying that I can stick to this one. So, if anyone has any tips, please share.
