I'm a 40 year old mom of 2, surviving in the great white north! I've tried just about every diet at least once, and predictably had no success. Shoot, I was lucky to last 5 days on most of them!
Now I am focusing on CICO, daily exercise, and reducing my processed foods and sweeteners. I'm leaning towards a plant based diet for health and ethical reasons.
