In short, I've been trying to loose the same 3kg for the past 3 years. I recently took up running and am loving the feeling of being stronger and fitter, but haven't seen any positive changes in my weight so far. My aims are to cut down on sugar and carbs. Easting takeaways and drinking wine at the weekends is what is stopping me from progressing!
