Well guys I'm updating this again. I had my surgery I was down to 282 by scale when I went in and less than a week later I'm at 275 so I'm pretty happy. I changed my goal to 260 just to give myself a bigger goal but not too big lol. For anyone who is considering the gastric sleeve surgery...man, it is weirder and harder than they can make you understand but it sure is worth it. I'm dying of thirst...I'm rarely hungry (did a bunch of walking and yardwork yesterday so I woke up hungry this morning for the first time in basically...ever). I definitely know what hungry vs bored and need to chew something now...it is all VERY CLEAR all of a sudden hahaha. Just tune in and I will take you through the process LIVE AND IN COLOR!

I wanted to update but...I feel like the "old" update is worth keeping up there. I'm now 3.5-ish months post-op and everything that could go wrong...did. Other than the actual surgery...

I had ALL the issues not just 2 or 3 of them...ALL. Still worth it! It's easier than I could have fathomed to just...not eat. But...that being said I'm eating too little and I'm not losing as fast as I could have/should have. I have days where I still cheat so my calorie count is crazy high...like 1500-1600 calories...that was NOT a high calorie cheat day before! I'm averaging under 1000 calories even with those cheat days. So I still have to work hard at it...I just work at different things now and I find it "easier". The hard things now are making sure I eat enough protein and drink enough water. Which has gone down tremendously. I used be drinking in the neighborhood of 80-90 ounces of fluid a day with the bulk of it being water. Not so much now lol. I can't even take in that much liquid...even if I don't eat! So crazy...but still worth it!
