Hi,
My name is Melanie and I live in Cape Town. I'm 39 years old, a wife and a Mother of a 7 year old girl.
I drink medication for Hypothyroidism.
For the past 6 years I'm struggling to lose weight.....it didn't matter what I try....I just kept gaining weight. Until about a month ago when I started to follow a low-carb diet :-)
