I am a national advicate against distracted driving. The more I go and speak about making wise choices that effect your life the more painfuly aware I am about the example I set with my weight. I don't want anything to get in the way of the message I have to share with teens and young adults. Life is determined by the small choices we make each and every day and that includes our physical, mental and spirtual life. I want to practice what I teach and have the opportunity to help save lives.
