I am 6'3" weight 470, my heaviest weight was 606, Jan 13 2017, I had 3 stints put in my heart, had a stroke during surgery, this as you could guess changed my life on how I eat and do things, still very restricted on exercise, until released from my cardiologist, I am diabetic, high blood pressure, Congestive Heart failure, so I have to watch my sodium and carbs intake. so I eat lots of veggies and some lean meats.
