Im 43 have struggled with weight for several years, 215 lbs last oct had to change things, had foot surg, and was unable to walk for 12 weeks found a doc in kokomo,in and payed $49 to go listen ans tayst the products and believe me they were good. the hardest part water, now feb im now 170 yeah but still need to keep going.. I used to run a karaoke show, danced alot and now for several years truck driving no exercise. I feel better but wish I could blow the rest off another 65lbs to go....hummmmmm just another day
