i ate healthy one egg red yellow orange small sweet peppers garlic onion one piece of toast and slice of cheeze then my situps and stretching i will run latter my kitten is sleeping and i have prime on and will run later. what a beautiful day to run i do watch to much tv but every 1.5 hours i do 15 sit ups 15 leg stretches so now i can be a little guilt free as i zone out on primetime series i need to stretch to prevent shin splints. i had to rub my kitten down with lemon and now i'm in the dog house you see lemon is the best to rid cats of fleas the poor thing hates this but i gave up a good for a greater good and she isn't itching. she is on my lap purring away. i was a kin to dogs until i moved to laredo and all the dogs here are always barking at me the cats are the underdog and i always like underdogs. so i started feeding the strays and rescued this kitten will be getting her a flea collar friday. I will get her all the toys she can handle and will spoil her rotten. she is my sevice kitten for my ptsd thiinking of her and laughing at her taking care of her keeps me out of my head sometimes not a good place. god bless all

well I just got Finnish with my 1.5 miles I ate steak and fries for lunch I think I burned some of that off. i can't beat the high i get when I'm done. my bike accident and pain seem like a distant memory. I plan to join my old gym in June and start swimming. for being 62 i am in good shape i thank God for this daily. grateful for the support God bless all. I have a kitten i took off the street i love her she is so kute this is my service kitten. my ptsd stable and this kitten helps so much taking care of her takes my my mind off my mental masturbation and she will only sleep in my lap or on my bed outside the covers she attacks my keyboard so i have to give all my attention on her. i never had a kitten before.
