This was my first week on my own. Im glad I still lost even though it was not a good loss. I noticed that I have been eating some things I didnt when I was being monitored by the doctor. I have to learn some self restraint when it comes to food. Im getting better about not making myself eat everything on my plate and listening to my body so I know when Im full. Here's to a new week starting!!!! Im trying to take things one day at a time.

As it gets closer and closer to Friday, I am nervous of how my weightloss will be this week. This is the first week of me doing it on my own with no medical help. My eating habits have changed and that's a plus. I've noticed that I think more about what I eat and eat less of it. Before I thought I had to eat the whole bag of chips (hig protien chips) because it was there. Today, I ate just a snack size!!! and put the rest away for later! This is such a breakthrough for me. I've always been taught to eat everything on my plate and leaving food there seemed so wrong! Im working on getting better, just taking it one day at a time!
I walked 2 miles yesterday and did 15 min of Taebo. I think Taebo is going to be like Zumba. It took me almost two weeks to be able to do the full 20 minute Zumba workout without stopping. My body hurts for it feels so good at the same time! I hope the weather starts to do better so I go for another 2 mile walk after work!

My first day at work on my own... No more HCG. I hope I can keep up the momentum.... So far, I've been eating healthy things and not snacking on bad things. So that's a plus. But after I eat dinner, I will have gone over my calorie amount. I going to try to walk at least 2 miles after work though.

Bout to go see how much damage I've done over the past week. My last doctor supervised weigh in. Then I'm on my own to keep up the progress I've made so far. Updated you later!

I only lost 1 pound this week but I know what the culprit was. This week I was craving sugar so badly and I gave in a couple times. I'll have to try harder next week. Today was my last weigh in with my HCG Doctor! I'm going to need some motivation and help keeping up the momentum that I've started.
