It's been 81 days since I have weighed in. Wow.. I'm up 12 pounds. I have not been following anything... just eating as I please and this weekend I could just feel how fat I was getting. Last week at work we put a scale in the bathroom and I was terrified to get on it. Now I know why... OMG! So I went to the grocery store yesterday and stocked up on all my low carb staples. I had to by some Atkins shakes and bars... because even though I don't lose as much when I eat them, they really are lifesavers when you are in a pinch. My refrigerator is full of cheese and veggies and lean meats. I packed 3 days worth of lunches so I don't have to worry about that for a few days... I feel ready. But since October I have felt ready to go back a half a dozen times. I just really hate the way I feel and look right now... Here is to staying strong!

Oh Disney World you got me! I did okay on my mini vacation... the first day was easy. Eggs and meat for breakfast at Cracker Barrel dinner of steak and veggies at Logan's Roadhouse. Day two I had a protein bar for breakfast and a salad for lunch, but when dinner came around we were still at Disney and I indulged in a chili cheese hot dog and french fries! Day 3 we went to Panera for lunch/breakfast and I had half a sandwich and soup, but when we finally got home we cooked grilled chicken and asparagus which put me right back on track! The family had a lot of fun, I just wish those couple of slip ups didn't happen. My willpower to say no is not where it needs to be.

So new week... I have nothing to distract me from staying on track over the next few weeks. I know that if I can just get through those 2 solid weeks on no cards my cravings will end and I can continue my journey.

Still no scale, I'll get it fixed this weekend and have log my weight next week. I am so scared to see what the number is.
