good morning everyone...I think...tummy feeling out of sorts this morning its early been up since 3a ..I think getting a tummy virus of sorts..not feeling much like eating anything....we shall see how it goes as the day progresses..o.0

was sore the first few days , but feeling better with each passing day..and it seems to be working thus far Yay Happy healthy day everyone..Keep up the good work...^_^

feeling a little sluggish this day thinks bc I've been battling a migraine all week..not fun!!! esp when doing exercise...>.< but will continue exercise today that I need to do to meet one of my challenges ...and also just to make me feel better about myself Been staying inside the goals I have set...in good spirits...just wish my bod would catch up to my mind..lol have a happy healthy day..will weigh in tomorrow....first thing...and see how I did this week...more water and green tea have made it into my daily rits as well...so cya all tomorrow sometime..Peace Dar

good morning everyone Having a.m. coffee and taking some aspirin to try and rid a headache :( Have already been out to take Mols on her 1st a.m. Nature walk...after the morning news and coffee, will proceed with music n moderate exercise and weights...wishing everyone a happy healthy day ^_^

trying to go in to each and every day with a positive attitude and to do the best I can...also joined a small challenge to lose 10 lbs by Valentines....by incorporating water each day and also walking/jogging in place 15 minutes at least 2x daily...it gets one motivated and since I cannot incorporate a lot of exercise at this time well with all the physical health issues...every little bit helps...my black Lab Molly helps lots too as she gets me out and about every day walking as well...and also eats half my cals each day too..so I am sure to eat lean so neither of us gets fat per se..lol anyways.,..just do ur best and lets kick this weight loss journey's butt Peace n love Dar <3
