I have had a terrible week, with stress. Fibromyalgia playing up. On a frenzied eating binge!
I did manage to do some exercise tho.
Beating myself up at present, asking myself why?
Over indulgence of bread, sweets and nuts.

I am ecstatic! Under 100 woohoo!!
This week has been fairly quiet. The weather is getting colder and it raining Again!
I have done minimal workouts last week. A small walk twice, some cleaning up, and some light gardening.

-400 grams, and I am on target.
Have had a strange week, up one minute and down the next. Got sick on Friday, then on Sat, I binged.... but luckily it was mainly healthy.And craved chocolate. So I had a big mug of cacao powder with a dash of coconut sugar and hot milk! Yummo.
Again, I find myself unable to do much exercise and I didnt walk, because of the cold wind.
Having rheumatoid arthritis, sure stops me from going out in the cold. My feet are the worst they've been for a long time.
MUST exercise and walk!!!

What a week. On the go, every day. No time for exercises this week. But determined to change that over the next few days. Going along steadily. Low calories. Not much fat and only 100g of meat/protein a day. No cordials or coke or energy drinks, because of hidden sugars. Just water and tea and one coffee a day.
It's hard. But it's working. Going to the dietitian again next week.
I use this site and my buddies as well to keep me on track.
