Workouts have been good - eating is not going as well. The trend seems to be watching my points well during the week and then binging on Fri-Sat-Sun... This wknd consumed a lot of calories. Pasta and beer on Fri, bread and cheese and wine, on Sat, and going back for seconds on Sunday -- not my finest moments. But today is Monday... I took a spin class this morning, and a new week is here to watch my points and eat in moderation.

Weight is the same this week - no gain and no loss. I guess that is good (i didn't go up!) and bad (no loss this week....). But what can I expect? When I do the same things I'm going to get the same results. I have been eating pretty much the same number of pts each day and exercise has been steady. Excited that I got to two spin classes so far and a dance class yesterday. I think the key to loosing weight is to eat less - hmmmm so profound! It's just so hard to do...

Had an ok wknd with eating and exercise. Didn't get to the gym but got good power walks in Fri, Sat, Sunday. Eating was not great, but not out-of-control either. Etoh consumption was very minimal this wknd which always helps with reduced caloric intake. Big thanks to Cheeks to introduced me to some low point treats and who looks FABULOUS and is such a dieting inspiration. Plan is to get back to the gym this wk. Just packed my bag to take a morn spin class - so no excuses! Just need to watch late night eating and keep track of my points. Feeling optimistic about health eating/exercise this week!

UGHHH - gained weight - but not hard to belive since I haven't been to the gym and eating dinner late at night. Have been taking fitness walks in the woods since it is so beautiful out, but this doesn't burn the calories the way a spin class would. Need to get back to my classes at the gym and sweat a little more! Eating (or not eating I should say) has been hard. I just bought Halloween candy to send to my nephew and I HAVE to get it out of the house before I binge on it. It is so tempting... need to be strong!

Had great wknd in NYC with dear friends! Went on wonderful fitness walk and enjoyed the city. went a a little overboard on the food and drinks and I'm paying for it now - feeling bloated and hung-over...need to practice better moderation. Looking forward to good week of balanced eating and exercise.
