Okay... its easier to just record a new entry then to add everything on to the other one...
FOOD:
Breakfast: 2 vanilla Atkins Advantage shakes 2C
Lunch: 2 double cheeseburgers no bun, no ketchup, with mayo about 4C
Dinner: Grilled steak with grilled cucumbers, 1 grilled tomato, and 6 grilled asparagus spears about 7C
Daily total: about 13C
EXERCISE:
10 minutes of Tae Bo cardio work out
a really long walk... the farthest I have pushed myself so far.
100 Crunches.

Good Morning, and Happy Memorial Day!!
Goals for today... finish laundry and cleaning apartment.
Have a cook out, atkins friendly of course.
Take a long walk.
Drink lots of water.
Now... I just have some stuff I have been thinking about, and want to get it down, so sorry for rambling. I have been doing a lot of thinking. Why am I fat?
1.)Lack of energy
2.)Eating habits have been out of control
3.)I always feel either dizzy, or sick, or hot, or tired
4.)Lack of ambition
5.)Lack of self control
6.)Lack of self esteem
How do I get my life back in order?
1.)Push myself every day to do the things I may not want to do
2.)Take my meds every day without fail
3.)Stick to Atkins, even when I don't want to
4.)Tell myself "I am worth it, I will be thin, I am beautiful, I am worth loving. I CAN do whatever I set my mind to."
5.)Exercise daily

Okay... its gloomy today, and feels like a lazy day... but it will NOT be a lazy day for me. I made a good lunch (slept through breakfast). I took a zucchini and grated it with a cheese grater, and fried it with beef sausage, mushrooms, and some cheese. I had about 8Cs so far. If it doesn't rain, I am going to do asparagus and chicken or steak on the grill. I am going to clean and rearrange my bedroom, and work on getting my kitchen in order, and I am doing laundry, and going to scrub down my bathroom. I am going to try to get as much done before I get my son back, so that I can enjoy him when he gets home. Hope everyone has a wonderful memorial day!

Well... I hate to even type this right now, after seeing the comments that were left for me yesterday... But I didn't cut myself off from carbs and get back on track like I said I was going to. We ended up going out to eat at a mexican bar/grill last night, and I had steak fajitas that were grilled... so they were in flour tortilla's and homemade tortilla chips, and 3 margarita's. But today, since I have been stressing out and busy, I haven't eaten yet, and its 4:30pm.. but think I am going to make some chicken. I think it will be a couple days of no carbs for me. We are going camping next weekend... and staying up north camping for a week. I got a big cooler, and some tupperware containers, and need ideas of stuff to make that will last a week that will help me stick to Atkins. I can make pasta salads and stuff for the boyfriend and son... but need ideas of what I can make to eat and snack on for a week. Any suggestions??
Add on.... Today, I had an Atkins shake... 1C
some chicken... 0C
Some hard salami...0C
^^cooked with 1 roma tomato, 3 slices of yellow pepper, and 1/8 cup mushrooms. Daily total, about 8C

Okay... so I need to do some personal re-evaluating. I was doing so good. I did so good for 10 days... then I had a bad day, and I splurged. Now today, it started off good. But then my boyfriend got a bag of bite size candy bars. 5C per bite. I ended up eating 2 of them. Then I had cauliflower that needed to be used before it went bad, so I boiled it til soft, and added butter and cheese, all things I can have... in moderation. I had a large bowl of it. Its water for the rest of the day, and maybe some chicken later... and back on track tomorrow. I need to de-clutter my life and I think that will help with the diet. I need to get motivated, and spend a few hours cleaning and organizing my house, one room at a time. Then I need to meal plan. We have limited food right now, so I need to see what we have, and plan meals with it, to see how far we can go with it. I have non atkins friendly stuff that I can fix for the boys to eat, and I think I need to make a weekly menu for our dinners. Breakfast and lunch are easier for me. I think once I have my house in order, I will feel more at ease, and feel better about going for walks, because I don't have to worry about the mess. I need to get organized, and then maybe I will feel more in control, and be able to control my eating addiction better. Tomorrow I will start induction from day one. Today, I will not eat any more carbs, because I don't want to keep going, just because I slipped.
