I almost cried this morning when I stepped on the scale, but I wanted to be accountable for my actions. This weekend I was really bad... It was my 5 year wedding anniversary and I knew I was going to indulge, but after looking at the scale I'm not sure it was worth it. I'm hoping maybe its mostly water weight and that by getting back on track today, I'll be down again by the end of the week.
I refuse to let a bad weekend ruin all the hard work I have put in these past 29 weeks. I still have so far to go... sometimes it just seems so hard! =(

WK 28 - Holding steady. Have not been as strict as usual this week. Still under about 30 carbs a day... I know in order for me to loose any weight I need to stay at 20 carbs.
This weekend is my 5 year wedding anniversary so I know I'll go off plan at the fancy dinner we will be having on Saturday! No worries... I'm in this for the long haul and will jump right back on track.

Week 27 - Not looking for a loss this week its my TOM. Still focused and staying on plan. This is usually the part of the month where I stall for a week or two and then will loose 2 or 3 pounds after. This is how my body works, and knowing that makes it less discouraging when I don't see the scale move.

Week 26 - Wow recommitting to logging my food has really really paid off this week! I also started drinking 135oz of water a day, this is what I had been doing in the beginning but had slacked off to half that amount over the past few weeks. Back on track! Womp!
