I wanted to share a few things I learned tonight. First is that you can not take pictures in a certain large department store. When the lady told me while I was snapping this picture it startled me. I told her sorry and I would delete the picture but the guy in the photo posed and I thought it was a funny get up so I j...ust couldn't. So be warned that taking pictures in a store could end you up in trouble. The second thing a kinda amazed me. If your washer fluid lines freeze in your car you can dump a bottle of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol in the reservoir and run the pump motor a few times. Then wait a couple hours and it will be thawed. I tried this tonight because there is almost straight water in the reservoir. I couldn't believe it worked. The third is that you can buy heated car seat covers. A coworker told me and directed me to Value City as they were 10 bucks a piece. I can tell you that is the best 10 bucks I have spent. No more cold seat or bottom on the way to work (or home). And it heats up quick and a snap to put on. What a deal!

Another half a month went by. Turkey day went well. Kept the meal below 1500 cal. Last couple weeks was good with the food. Been gaming a lot but so far it is not affecting my loss. Looking forward to getting rid of this snow in a couple months. Hope all is well.

So I haven't been to Panera in years. Today I went out to lunch because I did not want to stay at work (yea fresh air). I forgot that they added calorie counts to their menu. WOW this was so convenient and so much easier trying to figure out what I wanted. Instead of pulling out my blackberry and having to wait (2G speeds) for the data to pull up so I can try to see what was what it was right there on the menu. I wish more places would do this.

Cookies - Eaten, Large Birthday Meal - Devoured, Chocolate - Munched, amount of loss in the last 16 days PRICELESS!!! (9.4 pounds)
It amazes me that with all I have ate and the amount of activity I had (low) that I still lost that much. WOW, I'm a lean, mean, fat burning machine!!!
