So tired today and still got a bit of pain but went to drumming, glad I did it was a brilliant afternoon with some amazing beats and even more amazing people, although my spine was even sorer afterwards, my spirit was lifted along with my mood....until I went to Asda and seen Advent Calendars and Selection Boxes on the shelves!! already!!! mood killer 😂 WeeG had another good day at the academy and seems to be slotting in well, weight off my mind coz I can't help but worry a little now that my baby is getting all grown,,it's hard to loosen the reins 😂 I managed just 5000 steps today and 27heart points, which is OK considering and I'm just under my kcal allowance by about 100....need to work on that this week,,just trying to get the sleeping and walking sorted first haha aiming for an early bed coz I have college class tmro, mental health and wellbeing level3, I've already done the level 2, it's very interesting,,Monday was the 1st one so we were all just meeting, one of the students has autism and had a full blown melt down in the room and was being verbally abusive to students and the tutor, while the tutor took her outside to calm down I jumped into Facilitator mode and asked the room to go round and say their name and a bit about themselves and why they chose the class, I was a care worker for years and also a classroom assistant so I was glad to step up so we will see what tmro brings! Sometimes we need little reminders to put our stuff in perspective and remember that everybody is dealing with something! Goodnight my beautiful FS Family much love 🙏❤️

Had a rubbish day yesterday, big intentions but my spine wasn't for having it, my pain was really bad so I spent most of the day in bed, constant pain is so draining and I've woke up still shattered today but....I have drumming today! I'm looking forward to it so I'm gony get one of these Lidocaine patches on my back and hopefully I will be fine! Just need to get my willpower up to not snack today, one of the women at drumming bakes amazing cakes for our break, they are so hard to resist 😂 anyway,,have a gr8 day all, much love 🙏❤️

Came in just under my kcal allowance by only 80kcal,,hot dogs and crackers and cheese spread sent my kcal sky high!! But managed 9,197 steps and 27 heart points....even with my spine really sore...quite pleased with that and tmro I will do better. Hopefully I will get a decent sleep tonight, goodnight my beautiful FS Family, much love 🙏❤️

Where do I start?! Some of u might have seen North Ayrshire in the news last week because a man was murdered and a woman thrown naked from a 3rd floor window....this is my street! Needless to say my mental health and anxiety has been all over the place and WeeG is no longer allowed to take Pringles out after 6pm herself,,3days later and 2girls were held at knifepoint just round the corner from here. On top of that my everyday pain with my spine has been getting really bad, I usually push through it but was struggling. Seen doctor who was amazing, he thinks it's probably spinal stenosis (along with everything else) and has moved me up to 'chronic pain' and gave me Lidocaine patches (local anaesthetic) to use, wow what relief they give me!! I also had a spine xray done on Saturday morning amd when I get the results hopefully il get to move house quicker coz I can no longer do 4flights of stairs to my front door.....and don't want WeeG being a teenager in this street either. So diet and exercise has been out the window, mental and physical health has been rubbish as well as my sleep BUT I got up today, went to my college class, had soup for lunch and took Pringles a wee walk round the block ....I'm calling it a win,,sore and tired but still standing and able to laugh at myself hobbling along.....oh and its not raining woohoo....hope ur all having a gr8 day much love 🙏❤️

dinner - pouch basmati micro rice, tin tuna, tin peas n carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms and soy sauce!
