Okay so last week was a 6/10 success, on Friday i returned home hungry and there was no food prepared so i ate a slice of pizza and walked to the butcher got a quarter of chicken breast, i ate it around 7:30 and that was it, not a good day for me as a weight loss warrior, o Saturday on the other hand i did pretty well, i went out to run errands and i was so tempted to buy a snack but i did not instead i went home t eat gizzards and arrow roots (am from Africa so yea so much supply of unprocessed fresh veg). On Sunday my cheat day i had pilau (mixture of meat and rice with plenty of spices, its an Indian/Asian dish popular in Africa too)i really enjoyed it.
Today Monday, am at work and there was no sweet potatoes, i was planning to fast, but i failed, i fasted half the day though. I had to take rice, veggies and lentils not the best for weight loss but it prevented me from consuming wheat made pancakes, am so proud of myself...This is my first active week after warm up week!, Today i will start my work out plus my squat challenge, i want to win the hardship this week week 2/52 very interesting!

I am almost coming to the end of the warm up week, it has been challenging but am so proud of myself that i was able to suppress my appetite when it came to temptation not easy but so far i have not given in to any temptation THANK GOD! week one out of 52 is almost done!
Yesterday i went to the tailor, measured my waist it was 43,i promised her to go back on fourth of November being 39, that means this weekend i literally need to start stomach exercise,because i told her in case i will fail to loose 3 inches i will pay her a certain sum of money....haha
My goal weight is to loose 2-5 kg this month, am super excited!

yesterday i saw this snacks, i used to love as a kid, i literally had to hide it because its made of wheat and a lot of sugar, am so proud of myself....i do not want to eat wheat until X-mass. 3 months without wheat challenge, and also BTW i want to stop eating supper after.

the type of exercise i can do in the comfort of my own home
-dance
-run stairs for 15 minutes non stop
-work out from the computer.
i want to be dancing every evening for 30 minutes and run the stairs for 5 minutes and skip rope for 15 minutes, in the morning i want to work out with my computer
