I was at the Dr's the other day and of course she weighted me. I didn't want to see the number. I was afraid. I haven't really been keeping up with checking my weight on a regular basis or counting my points (I have been keeping up with eating well & healthy). Although I have been keeping up with doing LOTS of exercise but sometimes that doesn't always show the numbers a person wants.
I joined a walking group with some friends. I am also power walking at 5am with my hubby man. I go the gym in the mornings for an hour of aerobics. I call it quits and wrap it all up by lunch time and count myself lucky for fitting it all in for the day and being able to have the time to do it all.
I guess it's paying off. :)

My sister just lost her baby.
She was only 3 months old. I feel so deflated and sad right now.
And concentrating on me seems so far away.
I've bee crying for 2 days straight.
I feel so lost.

I've been doing good.
I have a couple more weeks till school is done and starting tomorrow morning me and the man are going back to 5am. Where we get up at 5am and power walk for a hour. Last time we did this the weight melted off of me, I lost a lot of weight in the couple of months that we did it for.
We've been eating vegan-like for a couple of weeks now and it's going pretty good.
We've also started doing some Paul Mckenna stuff, like his "tapping" to see if it's going to help. We have also decided to revisit how we eat. Like, maybe not eating in front of the tv set. like what are we thinking? lol And eating a little bit slower. Paul says it will transform our lives if we follow his "rules." I say why not try it.
It's gotten me to thinking about "how we eat."
I've also decided I am going to go to see a couseller. I think my weight has something to do with old issues. This light bulb moment is big for me and I can't believe I have mentioned it here to everyone who is reading this - but whatever. I'm about moving forward.
I am also requiting smoking tomorrow, after being quit for 7 months, I am ready to do it again. My big goal is about moving toward getting into shape to have some kids, and now that I am don school that goal seems much more real to me.
It also seems like it should be HAPPENING NOW. :)
I think I might finally be ready. g a w d what took me so long? lol
