So I am starting the South Beach Diet tomorrow. I have done it before and had a lot of success. My boyfriend told me about this site and I think it is really cool. I think it will be very helpful in keeping me on track. I sometimes get sucked into the "sweet world," I think I have an addiction to ice cream so hopefully being accountable and seeing a graph of my weight will motivate me to stick with it. I am in the process of moving in with my boyfriend so it is going to be a little hectic in the next few weeks but I am determined to stay on the diet. I think it will be a lot easier once we live together so we can motivate each other and cook together. Wish us luck!! =)
