Amazing. 4 days into Atkins, and I've lost 7 pounds. Whoot! I'm measuring, making a daily journal entry, and tracking everything I eat. I'm pumped to be doing so well...and this way of living is so much easier - and makes so much more sense - than any other "diets" I've had in the past. I can picture my future body, and instead of that body feeling like a fantasy, I'm seeing it as a reality this time.
