Ate dinner waaaay later than I like to (830p) but running my butt off on the trails still yielded optimal results. Unfortunately a couple buddies wanted to hang and have happy hour so instead of pumping out my burpees like I wanted to, I instead had some Maker's Mark in it's place. 10 mins of burpees today since I failed to get them in last night :)

You are effing crazy! I have a hard time doing 15 burpees in a circuit. Do you do a push up at the bottom? I don't think I would be able to do a couple minutes of burpees.... let alone 5. Looks like I've got a long way to go before I'm as badass as you are. Go get em. So if you turn into a pile of goo after 5 min of burpees what do you turn into after 10 min????

there is a small bottle of maker's mark in my fridge. i planned to have a "whiskey tasting" for myself at some point to pick what i liked best...never happened yet.

Goo! A sweaty pile of goo! Yep, full 8 count with pushup and jump at the end to touch the ceiling. Did 10 mins today before my regular workout. Pumped out 93 this time. Of course my form gets worse as the time goes, but then it's just a matter of focus and determination :) Try it, I bet you could do it. But hey, with the stuff you did in your routine, I'm sure i'd get my butt kicked hard!

LOL - whiskey diet again???? Down to 179...geez, too bad I don't drink anymore! Ok, I know it is your exercise routine, too.

You know, as crazy as it sounds, I havn't had any detrimental effects from my whiskey nights! It probably aids in ridding that extra water weight by dehydrating me. muahaha! :D BUT, if I do regular beer... fuhgetaboutit! Opposite effect there.

Same here. The vodka doesn't hurt too much but the beer or wine is another story, even ultra etc.
