Well, Well, Well. I guess water weight makes a huge differnce. I am so glad that the extra poundage came off - now I can focus on getting to my goal of 180 by the long weekend. I know that I may be off a bit but 3.5 pounds is way close to my goal than 5.5 so I WILL take it! I think as long as I can remain focused on what I want to achieve I will succeed(even if it may be a couple days late) :)
