Been doing IF for 12 days now, actually quite proud of myself as this is the longest I’ve been able to do it for. 8:16 fast

And thank god it’s gotten easier everyday , and definitely has helped with weight loss, as it gives me a much smaller window to eat, reducing my daily calorie amount and allowing me to have 2 bigger meals as apposed to trying to squeeze in 3 smaller meals. So I’m chuffed!

Snacking is still a slight problem and need to gain full control of that but nowhere near as bad as it use to be. Definitely going to carry on with it!
