ok well I'm down some points again today and feel super! Yes I like day 3 lunch, chef salad (lottsa stuff) and MCT oil yum. PLUS I have a granddaughter now! My grandson is 2-1/2 and now a granddaughter :-) they are out of the Country so it will be a little while before I get to see her in person, but I'm so excited :-)
